Hai appena comprato il wearable Sentinel. Ti bastano 2 minuti per attivarlo.

Indossa il prim Sentinel. Lo trovi nel tuo inventario, tasto destro → Wear (o trascinalo sul tuo avatar).

Tocca il prim Sentinel. Appare un menu blu in alto a destra.

Click su Web Panel. Si apre il browser con la tua pagina di configurazione.

Nella sezione 📱 Telegram, click su ① Generate link code.
Appare un codice di 8 caratteri (es.
X7K2P9MR).

Click su ② 🚀 Open Telegram → /start. Si apre Telegram con il bot
@DataServiceSLSentinelBot già selezionato. Premi Start.
Il bot risponde: ✅ Sentinel linked!

Torna sulla pagina del pannello, premi F5 per ricaricare,
poi 💾 Save configuration in fondo. Fatto!
✅ Test immediato: dopo aver collegato Telegram, torna in SL,
tocca il wearable → menu → Test. Riceverai subito una notifica
di prova sul telefono.
💬 Setup Discord (alternativa a Telegram)
Stesso flow di Telegram, ma con il bot DSL Sentinel su Discord:
- Nel pannello, sezione 💬 Discord, click ① Generate Discord link code.
- Apri Discord, cerca il bot DSL Sentinel e mandagli un messaggio diretto (DM).
- Scrivi nel DM:
/link CODICE (es. /link X7K2P9MR) e premi Invio.
- Il bot risponde
✅ Sentinel linked!. Torna al pannello e premi F5.
Differenza con Telegram: nessuna. Ricevi DM con bottoni ✅ Sono io / 🚨 NO identici. Se preferisci, puoi anche solo incollare un webhook URL di un server Discord che gestisci (Opzione B nel pannello) — riceverai testo + link al pannello web per confermare (senza bottoni interattivi).
🟢 Come funziona ARM (importante!)
Quando logghi tu in SL non vuoi ricevere notifiche. La soluzione è il
Pre-Arm:
- Prima di loggare in SL, apri il pannello (o scrivi
/arm al bot Telegram)
- Click 🟢 ARM (10 minutes)
- Logghi normalmente entro 10 minuti → silenzio, nessuna notifica
- Se ti dimentichi di armare → ricevi comunque la conferma su Telegram,
basta un tap su "✅ Sono io"
🆘 Hai perso l'accesso all'account? (panic button)
Se qualcuno ha cambiato la password del tuo account SL e non riesci più ad entrare:
- Apri il pannello Sentinel dal browser (es. bookmark sul telefono) — URL tipo
https://www.dataservicesl.com/sentinel/sentinel_panel.php?uuid=TUO-UUID. Non serve essere loggati in SL.
- In cima vedrai la card 🚨 Emergenza account compromesso.
- Premi ATTIVA PARALISI ORA e conferma.
- Il server attiva il kick: al prossimo TICK del wearable, l'avatar parte in TP-loop ogni 3 secondi tra gli hub di sicurezza. L'attaccante non riesce a fare quasi nulla.
- Contatta Linden Lab Support e fai resettare la password.
⚠ Limitazioni importanti:
• Funziona solo se il wearable Sentinel è indossato dall'avatar (consigliato tenerlo sempre worn).
• Funziona solo se l'avatar si trova in una sim con script abilitati (la maggior parte lo sono).
• L'attaccante potrebbe detachare il wearable, ma il TP-loop ogni 3 sec rende difficilissimo aprire l'inventario e fare detach.
🚨 Cosa succede se qualcuno entra col tuo account
- Il wearable rileva il login → invia notifica push su Telegram (e altri canali se configurati)
- Tu ricevi: "Login from sim X. Was this you? [✅ Yes] [🚨 No]"
- Hai 60 secondi per rispondere
- Se premi 🚨 NON sono io (o non rispondi):
- Il wearable attiva Paralysis Mode
- L'avatar viene teletrasportato a casa ogni 5 secondi
- Floating text rosso sopra l'avatar: "🚨 UNAUTHORIZED LOGIN"
- Popup di alert continuo
- → l'attaccante non riesce a fare nulla
- Vai su secondlife.com/account/security e cambia password

Devo creare un bot Telegram io?
No. Il bot @DataServiceSLSentinelBot è uno solo, gestito da DataServiceSL.
Tu lo aggiungi ai tuoi contatti con un click.
Sentinel può vedere i miei messaggi/inventario?
No. Sentinel sa solo: timestamp login, sim, posizione. Non legge chat, IM, inventario.
Cosa succede se rimuovo il wearable?
Ricevi un alert "Sentinel rimosso!". Se non sei stato tu, qualcuno ha
preso il controllo del tuo account.
Funziona se sono offline?
Sì. Il wearable si attiva al login, anche se tu (fisicamente) sei offline da SL.
La notifica arriva sul tuo telefono Telegram.
Posso fare logout dal bot Telegram?
Sì. Apri il pannello web → sezione Telegram → "Regenerate code". Il vecchio
collegamento viene invalidato.
🚀 Setup in 6 steps
You just bought the Sentinel wearable. It takes 2 minutes to activate.

Wear the Sentinel prim. Find it in your inventory, right-click → Wear
(or drag it onto your avatar).

Touch the Sentinel prim. A blue menu appears top-right.

Click Web Panel. Your browser opens with the configuration page.

In the 📱 Telegram section, click ① Generate link code.
An 8-character code appears (e.g.
X7K2P9MR).

Click ② 🚀 Open Telegram → /start. Telegram opens with the
@DataServiceSLSentinelBot bot already selected. Press Start.
The bot replies: ✅ Sentinel linked!

Return to the panel page, press F5 to reload, then
💾 Save configuration at the bottom. Done!
✅ Test immediately: after linking Telegram, return to SL,
touch the wearable → menu → Test. You'll receive a test
notification on your phone right away.
💬 Setup Discord (alternative to Telegram)
Same flow as Telegram, but with the DSL Sentinel bot on Discord:
- In the panel, 💬 Discord section, click ① Generate Discord link code.
- Open Discord, find the DSL Sentinel bot and send it a direct message (DM).
- In the DM, type:
/link CODE (e.g. /link X7K2P9MR) and press Enter.
- The bot replies
✅ Sentinel linked!. Return to the panel and press F5.
Difference vs Telegram: none. You receive DMs with ✅ Yes / 🚨 No buttons just like Telegram. If you prefer, you can also paste a webhook URL from a Discord server you own (Option B in the panel) — you'll receive text + a link to the web panel to confirm (without interactive buttons).
🟢 How ARM works (important!)
When you log into SL, you don't want notifications. Solution:
Pre-Arm:
- Before logging into SL, open the panel (or send
/arm to the Telegram bot)
- Click 🟢 ARM (10 minutes)
- Log in normally within 10 minutes → silent, no notification
- Forget to arm? You still get the confirmation push on Telegram,
just tap "✅ It's me"
🆘 Locked out of your account? (panic button)
If someone changed your SL password and you can no longer log in:
- Open your Sentinel panel in any browser (e.g. phone bookmark) — URL like
https://www.dataservicesl.com/sentinel/sentinel_panel.php?uuid=YOUR-UUID. No SL login needed.
- At the top you'll see the card 🚨 Account compromised — emergency.
- Press ACTIVATE PARALYSIS NOW and confirm.
- The server activates the kick: at next wearable TICK, your avatar starts TP-looping every 3 seconds between the safety hubs. The attacker can barely do anything.
- Contact Linden Lab Support to reset your password.
⚠ Important limitations:
• Works only if the Sentinel wearable is worn on your avatar (we recommend keeping it always worn).
• Works only if the avatar is on a script-enabled sim (most of SL is).
• The attacker could detach the wearable, but a TP-loop every 3 seconds makes it nearly impossible to open inventory and detach.
🚨 What happens if someone enters with your account
- The wearable detects the login → push notification to Telegram (and any other configured channels)
- You receive: "Login from sim X. Was this you? [✅ Yes] [🚨 No]"
- You have 60 seconds to respond
- If you press 🚨 No, not me (or don't respond):
- Wearable activates Paralysis Mode
- Avatar teleported home every 5 seconds
- Red floating text above avatar: "🚨 UNAUTHORIZED LOGIN"
- Continuous alert popup
- → the attacker can't do anything
- Go to secondlife.com/account/security and change password

❓ FAQ
Do I need to create a Telegram bot myself?
No. The bot @DataServiceSLSentinelBot is a single one, managed by
DataServiceSL. You add it to your contacts with one click.
Can Sentinel see my messages/inventory?
No. Sentinel only knows: login timestamp, sim, position. It does not read
chat, IM, inventory.
What happens if I remove the wearable?
You get a "Sentinel removed!" alert. If it wasn't you, someone has
taken control of your account.
Does it work if I'm offline?
Yes. The wearable activates at login, even if you (physically) are
offline from SL. The notification arrives on your Telegram phone.
Can I disconnect from the Telegram bot?
Yes. Open the web panel → Telegram section → "Regenerate code". The old
link is invalidated.
